By subway there are two straightforward routes.

From Northern Boulevard or 65th Street, the M or R runs directly down the Queens Boulevard line to 63rd Drive–Rego Park — no changes, roughly six stops.

From the 7 at 61st Street–Woodside or 69th Street, ride to 74th Street–Jackson Heights, change to the E, F, M or R, and continue down. The transfer is inside the station.

By LIRR: Woodside station connects into the 61st Street subway, which is useful if you are coming back from Manhattan and want to go straight to an appointment.

By car: Queens Boulevard runs continuously between Woodside and Rego Park, roughly four miles.
