Getting here from Kew Gardens
By subway: take the E or F one stop from Kew Gardens–Union Turnpike to 71st Avenue–Forest Hills. From there it is two local stops on the M or R to 63rd Drive–Rego Park, or a walk of under a mile straight up Queens Boulevard if the weather is good.
By car: Queens Boulevard runs directly between us, roughly two miles. There is also a straightforward route via Union Turnpike and Woodhaven Boulevard.
By LIRR: Kew Gardens station connects into the same corridor if you are coming back from Manhattan and want to come straight to an appointment.

We have a complete in-house dental lab in the office, including milling. Restorations are designed and made on site rather than sent to an outside laboratory.
The practical effect is fewer trips. A crown that would normally involve waiting two weeks for a lab, then returning for a fitting, then possibly returning again if the shade is not right, gets handled with far less back and forth. On full arch cases, where there are more components and more fittings, that difference compounds considerably.
If you are travelling in for treatment, the number of appointments is not an abstract concern.
Scheduling around work
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you work at Borough Hall, the courthouse, or anywhere along the Queens Boulevard corridor, we can usually place appointments at the start or end of the day rather than in the middle of it.

No. You can book a consultation directly. If you have a dentist you would like to stay with for routine care, that is entirely workable — many patients come to us for implant treatment specifically and keep their checkups where they are.
What if I have been told I do not have enough bone?
That is common, particularly for upper back teeth, and it is usually solvable. A sinus lift or bone graft rebuilds the site so an implant can be placed. A 3D scan at the consultation tells us which applies.
