Getting here from Elmhurst
We are on Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, on the Forest Hills border, and the journey is about as simple as it gets in Queens.
By subway: Elmhurst Avenue and 63rd Drive–Rego Park are on the same line. Take the M or R three stops east — Grand Avenue–Newtown, Woodhaven Boulevard, then 63rd Drive–Rego Park. The E and F run the same route at night. Under fifteen minutes door to door for most of Elmhurst.
By car: straight down Queens Boulevard, roughly a mile and a half east. Anyone who shops at Queens Center knows the route already.

The answer for us is the lab. We have a complete in-house dental lab in the office, including milling, so restorations are designed and made here rather than shipped to an outside laboratory. That means fewer appointments waiting on lab turnaround, and shade and fit adjustments made with you in the chair rather than over a two-week postal loop.
For a back molar that matters less. For a front tooth, it is the difference between a crown that matches and one that nearly does.
What the first visit involves
An examination and a 3D cone-beam scan, which shows bone height, bone density, and the position of nerves and sinuses. From that we can tell you whether you can proceed directly, whether grafting is needed first, and what the treatment would involve from start to finish.
